Job Description
The candidate SHOULD have extensive experience with a range of Oracle and enterprise software products, including HFM, EPBCS, ESSBASE, EPM Cloud, Oracle EBS ADMIN, NOITIX, Control-M, OIC, OBIIEE/OAC, and Siebel CRM. This role involves managing, optimizing, and integrating these systems to support business operations and drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration : Manage and administer Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Siebel CRM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Financial Management : Utilize Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) to support financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
Data Management : Implement and maintain ESSBASE and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) solutions for advanced data analysis and reporting.
Performance Management : Leverage EPM Cloud to enhance enterprise performance management, including planning, budgeting, and financial close processes.
Integration : Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate various enterprise applications and streamline workflows.
Automation : Deploy Control-M for workload automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Notification Systems : Manage NOITIX for effective notification and alerting systems across enterprise applications.
Reporting and Analytics : Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIIEE) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to provide actionable insights.
User Training and Support : Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users to ensure they are proficient in using the enterprise software tools.
Security and Compliance : Ensure all systems are secure and comply with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and protection.
System Upgrades and Maintenance : Plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance activities to keep software tools up-to-date and functioning optimally.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption to business operations.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, including configuration, processes, and user guides.
Vendor Management : Collaborate with software vendors to manage licenses, support agreements, and service contracts.
Project Management : Lead and participate in projects related to the implementation and enhancement of enterprise software solutions.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Strategic Planning : Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to align technology solutions with business goals.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software solutions, with hands-on experience in the listed products.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle EBS, Siebel CRM, HFM, EPBCS, ESSBASE, EPM Cloud, NOITIX, Control-M, OIC, OBIIEE/OAC.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications : Relevant certifications in Oracle and enterprise software products are a plus.

Pay Range Minimum: $45 per hour
