Job Title: HR/Payroll Specialist
Location: Texarkana, TX
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR/Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and HR administration using ADP software. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Processing bi-weekly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Administering employee benefits programs and resolving benefit-related inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and vacations.
- Assisting in new hire onboarding and conducting orientations.
- Managing employee information updates in the HRIS system.
- Providing support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in using ADP software for payroll processing.
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field preferred.
