Role Responsibilities- Grant Accountant

Monthly billing for contracts
Conduct monthly analysis and reconciliations of contracts
Process AP, bank deposits and petty cash replenishment duties as needed
Complete monthly GL account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
Monitor the collection of government contract receivables
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports to governmental agencies for expense reimbursement
Preparation for periodic audits performed by governmental agencies and organization's annual audit
Prepare budget modifications
Complete Year-end contract close-outs
