Automotive Management Experience Required

A well-established automotive dealership in the greater Wilkesboro area is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead its sales department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growth-focused organization with a reputation for excellence and long-term success.

Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales department
Set and monitor monthly sales targets for individuals and the team
Train, coach, and develop sales consultants to improve performance and customer satisfaction
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent
Collaborate with the finance, BDC, and service departments to ensure seamless operations
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, leading by example
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to drive growth

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:

Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required
Proven track record of team leadership, sales success, and customer satisfaction
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Positive, motivating management style that sets high standards
Results-oriented and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
Must pass pre-employment screening
