Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost for Career Education, the Director assists students as they navigate pre-medical and pre-health requirements, select a major, and pursue experiences relevant to their career goals. The Director is an experienced advisor with strong advising skills, an ability to lead students through careful self-assessment, clarify goals and interests, and make informed decisions. The Director must also be an inclusive, positive, team player who takes a holistic approach to student success, encouraging students to be reflective in their learning and to demonstrate social responsibility and a commitment to service.
