JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is a member of the Human Resources (HR) team with shared accountability for the success of the Department and has system-wide accountability for planning, managing and coordinating the work activities related to sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting applicants.
The Manager is a strategic partner to assigned clinical and business areas and regularly interacts with leaders and management using a consultative and service oriented approach – leveraging the full range of HR Services -- to advise on talent acquisition best practices. The Manager oversees the day-to-day operations for the recruitment function and manages a team of Recruiters and Coordinators providing coaching and guidance where appropriate.
