Key Responsibilities -
Own and support month-end close (including AP, AR, inventory, prepaids, accruals, and journal entries)

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Perform monthly and quarterly bank and credit card reconciliations

Organize and maintain accurate digital financial records and work papers

Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc requests

Support year-end audit preparation and documentation

Recommend and implement process improvements for scale and efficiency

Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to ensure accounting accuracy
Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

4+ years of relevant experience; mix of public and private accounting strongly preferred

Industry experience in healthcare, hospitals, or e-commerce is a plus

Solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop & Online)

Comfortable with Excel; experience with , CRMs (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) is a bonus

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across multiple business entities
