Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) Consultant/Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Workday PSA, with a deep understanding of project management, resource management, and financial operations. As a consultant or lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful Workday PSA implementations and providing strategic guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead or participate in Workday PSA implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Workday PSA solutions.

Configure Workday PSA to support project management, resource management, time tracking, billing, and financials.

Provide subject matter expertise in PSA best practices, including project accounting and resource utilization.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.

Ensure the alignment of Workday PSA with client business processes and reporting requirements.

Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

Act as a mentor to junior consultants, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and IT, to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience with Workday implementations, with a focus on PSA or Workday Financials.

Strong understanding of professional services operations, including project management, staffing, and billing.

Workday PSA certification or Workday Financials certification (preferred).

Proven experience leading Workday projects, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong client management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in consulting environments, particularly with professional services organizations.

Knowledge of integrations with third-party applications, including financial systems and time-tracking tools.

Experience with data migration and reporting in Workday.
