Ricoh Americas Corporation is searching for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Parma, OH. This onsite role offers a dynamic work environment where you'll play a key role in supporting essential administrative and financial operations.
Location: Parma, OH (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $21.00/HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: April 7, 2025 - Temp to Hire

What You'll Do:
Administrative Support: Draft, proofread, and edit materials, manage internal/external correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems.
Office Management: Answer phones, update calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle data entry with precision.
Financial Coordination: Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and assist in resolving budget variances with the finance team.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain department logs, manage spreadsheets, and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
Collaboration: Assist front desk operations as needed and support other departments with administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
3-8 years of administrative experience
Experience in personal banking, accounting, or finance preferred.
Experience with POs, invoicing, and data entry is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience with Coupa, Oracle, or similar tools is a plus!
