Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of standalone financial statements for internal, external, banking, management reporting in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), conduct technical accounting research, and create related memorandums and analyses.
- Prepare and analyze month-end reporting schedules.
- Collaborate with business partners to analyze and resolve financial reporting issues.
- Design and develop custom, ad-hoc reports.
- Contribute to high-level accounting projects, such as system implementations and purchase accounting.
- Lead the effort to initiate and implement process improvements.
- Conduct research on intricate technical accounting matters and write memos with conclusions on accounting positions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required.
- 8+ years of experience in public accounting (audit/advisory for public companies) or equivalent experience in financial reporting.
- SOX, ASC 606, 842
- CPA required
- PE experience preferred
