A bit about us:We're seeking a detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides crucial administrative and document management support to our legal assistants, helping with contract preparation, information organization, electronic filing, and administrative coordination across public finance related matters.
Interested candidates must have 2+ years of related experience in a law firm setting. Key responsibilities include:
- Support construction contract preparation and client project administration
- Coordinate property transfer and acquisition documentation
- Assist with regulatory compliance matters for clients
- Help process financing documents and related instruments
- Maintain digital and physical document management systems
- Prepare for client meetings and handle follow-up action items
- Draft professional correspondence

- Minimum 2 years' experience with electronic document management
