Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Cash Management: Monitor and manage the company's daily cash position, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and investment requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements, liquidity ratios, and forecasts. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. This includes developing and maintaining a 13-week cash forecast.
- Coordinate with the accounts payable and receivable teams to optimize the timing of payments and collections.
- Banking Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services and manage banking fees and expenses.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury activities. Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.
- Systems and Processes: Develop and implement efficient treasury systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Utilize treasury management systems and financial software.
- Special Projects: Participate in or lead special projects related to treasury operations, such as mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and bank consolidations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Certified Treasury Professionals (CTP) are preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
- Financial Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with treasury management systems and financial software.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ethics and Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity in financial management and business practices.
