We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our growth and success while providing top-notch service to our clientele. You will be a vital part of our organization, managing commercial lines accounts and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for policy analysis, policy renewals, COI, as well as building client relationships to meet all client needs. Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing commercial lines accounts, including property and casualty insurance.
2. Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting insurance policies and coverage for clients.
3. Handling policy renewals and ensuring clients have accurate, up-to-date coverage.
4. Issuing certificates of insurance (COI) and handling endorsements as needed.
5. Providing exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
6. Utilizing AMS360, Epic, and AppliedEpic systems effectively for account management.
7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
8. Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
2. Proven experience with property and casualty insurance.
3. Strong knowledge of policy analysis, renewals, certificates, COI, and endorsements.
4. Proficiency in using an agency management system such as AMS360 or Epic for account management.
5. Exceptional customer service skills with a client-first approach.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and team members.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
9. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs.
10. A relevant Property and Casualty license is required.
