Job Details- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement business solutions that optimize operational performance and enhance customer experiences, working closely with marketing teams to incorporate customer insights.
- Conduct data analysis to identify key trends, customer behaviors, and market opportunities that inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that marketing teams are equipped with actionable data.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns by analyzing customer data, tracking performance, and identifying areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business and marketing requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including reports, dashboards, and presentations, to highlight product or service performance in the market.
- Work closely with project management teams to ensure that business solutions and marketing initiatives are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to consulting, fintech, or marketing analytics.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering, with an emphasis on translating findings into marketing insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms and tools is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical, marketing, and business teams.
- A solid understanding of how business analysis can drive marketing strategy, product development, and customer engagement.
