Previous Auto Sales Manager Experience Required
A leading, established Automotive Dealership in the greater Missoula area is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to train, motive and supervise the sales team to sell a blend of used and new vehicles.
They are seeking an individual of exceptional quality who will not only excel in their role but also contribute to the positive work culture they strive to maintain.

Responsibilities - Sales Manager:
- Build, train, motivate and manage a high-performance sales team to sell a blend of pre-owned and new vehicles and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor the sales team's progress and performance
- Create strategies to meet sales objectives
- Ensure adequate inventory for meeting objectives
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction/repeat business and referrals
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager
- Automotive Sales Manager experience
- Ability to drive sales and produce results
- Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
- Understand sales lead analysis and control
- Understand dealership operations
- Experience with trade values and disposition of inventory
- Energetic with good leadership and organizational skills
- Finance experience is helpful
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Social media skills and computer proficient
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and MVR
