The LA Clippers and Intuit Dome are looking for a Creative Coordinator, Partnership Solutions to join our Partnerships Strategy team! In this role you will be focused on developing highly custom sales enablement tools to support partnership sales efforts for both current and potential corporate partners. This is an exciting opportunity to craft partnership narratives rooted in shared brand attributes and drive compelling visuals that demonstrate value for both the Clippers and our partners. This is a client-facing role, that has a both a creative and strategic impact on the success of existing and potential future partnerships.

Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do
- Generate bold, visual storytelling decks and develop adaptable templates related to all stages of the life cycle of a partnership for both the LA Clippers and Intuit Dome.
- Create visually compelling and custom pitch materials, case studies, proposal templates, fulfillment deck templates and recap templates.
- Contribute to internal ideation meetings with Partnerships Sales & Strategy and additional internal stakeholders, to develop customized, cross-platform partnership programs that deliver on shared value propositions and unique storylines for prospective partners.
- Produce bespoke sales materials to bring the narrative to life.
- Act as a liaison to other departments within the organization including, Marketing, Communications, Community Relations, Ticket Sales & Service, etc. to develop custom platforms and programming to support new partnership opportunities and develop new assets.
- Help ideate partnership upsell & incremental playoff opportunities.
- Provide support for Kia Forum partnership sales efforts as needed, bringing partnerships to life at one of the nation’s leading music venues.
- Organize, maintain and oversee the department’s archive of creative materials.
Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years of Design and Partnership experience with a focus on the sports and entertainment industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, advertising, marketing.
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro and After Effects) preferred.
- Ability to establish effective internal and external relationships, balance multiple time-sensitive projects, and employ a solutions-oriented approach to business decisions.
- Self-starter and independent worker with a high attention to detail and a curiosity to pursue innovative and unconventional partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
