Job Description

The Partner Success Manager will lead the effort to maintain and expand partnerships within our partner ecosystem through the ascension of strong and professional relationships with U.S. Cellular’s strategic partners within in our footprint. The Partner Success Manager will work closely with business development, partner relationship managers, product managers, technical teams and Wholesale partners. This role will be responsible for onboarding partners creating delivery plans, identifying and tracking to milestones, making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the company. Additional responsibilities include supporting complex customer solution development project management and enhancement projects for existing partners as the business, legal and/or regulatory needs change.

  • Own implementation of the partner onboarding and product launch process. 
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and optimize processes that may impair the team's ability to meet timelines, business, financial, and technical goals. 
  • Own cross-functional project management of complex customer solution development and alignment with partner solutions. 
  • Serve as the partner onboarding subject matter expert internally and externally, ensuring that business goals and strategy are achieved through each onboarding execution.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, status reports, and budget forecasts.
  • Foster a quality centric environment and introduce tools to optimize business processes to meet/exceed business metrics while building great customer experiences.
  • Maintain SharePoint site identify and apply required changes as the business needs change.
  • Serve as a “voice of partners” inside the company collecting information throughout company’s departments and educating to shareholders on a monthly or quarterly bases.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development and/or Partnership Management including experience in with implementing strategic Business solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product development or other business operational experience.
  • Solid presentation skills with experience presenting to a range of professionals.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express complex ideas succinctly.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel required- 30% of the time over an expansive geographic area.


  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Wireless industry experience preferred.
