As a Higher Education Business Development Consultant, you’ll drive the sales of Gallup’s higher education consulting services and products, primarily CliftonStrengths for Students. Leveraging research and analytics from the Strada-Gallup Alumni Survey, you’ll help education leaders understand their campus climate, differentiate themselves from other institutions and create a student experience that results in lifetime successes. Working with universities and colleges to meet their goals, you’ll follow through with sourced leads and develop new business opportunities in higher education institutions. You aren’t just closing deals in this role though — you’re changing lives. While collaborating with some of the brightest and most engaged coworkers, your contributions will empower students to succeed academically, personally and professionally.

 What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Three years experience in consultative solutions-based sales required
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales required
  • Industry expertise in education, learning products or solutions preferred
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
