Job Description

Facebook is seeking an early-career Administrative Assistant to join our Global Administrative Pilot team. This role will support complex and high-volume calendaring, as well as travel planning and expense reports for a number of executives.
This position is full-time and based in Austin, TX. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule internal and external meetings for multiple executives, including recurring and ad-hoc meetings and events
  • Coordinate attendees and meeting agendas
  • Manage hectic and complex calendars and room bookings
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Support Executive Onboarding to the Global Administrative Pilot team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • 1+ years experience of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and activities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management or ticketing system
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS
  • Experience exercising judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Experience problem-solving
  • Experience with organization and coordination
  • Experience building relationships across a larger company
