Job Description

Shopbop, an Amazon company, is looking to hire a scrappy, fungible full cycle recruiter to find bar-raising talent for the organization.

In this role, you will act as a business consultant, bringing operational excellence and creative ideas to a myriad of challenges. You will focus on a broad range of non-tech roles but be comfortable flexing into tech positions and partnering with Amazon recruiting partners as needed. You’ll own the recruitment roadmap for Shopbop to include systems, internal processes and proactive candidate pipeline building.

This role will also work across offices, recruiting for positions based in Madison, WI and New York, NY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Own full cycle recruiting responsibilities (sourcing through closing) for roles spanning entry level to senior leader, hourly and salaried, located in Madison, WI and New York, NY.
· Continuously earn trust with leaders at all levels, and partner effectively cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance Partners, Compensation, and other business partners.
· Develop sourcing models and plans to generate active and passive talent pipeline; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent; calibrate candidates with hiring managers.
· Create a programmatic approach to market mapping including a focus on building out engagement strategies with diverse populations.
Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.
· Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.
· Lead the briefing meetings and participate in job scoping discussions as needed.
· Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches.
· Proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
· Own and drive continuous system and process changes/improvement to ensure alignment with Amazon and efficiency for all program customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of progressive corporate and or search firm high-volume recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment.
· CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
· Bachelor’s degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ Years of progressive corporate and/or search firm high volume recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment.
· High aptitude for earning trust with clients, peers and candidates.
· Known for high judgement with decision making and confidential information.
· Experience recruiting in a high volume corporate environment.
· Experience recruiting passive talent within niche fashion and tech spaces.
· Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
· Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
· Self-sufficient and able to work independently without supervision.
· Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
· Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and our recruiting team.
