Job Description

Under direction, provide complex and responsible technical office support and clerical support to the Department's Legal Office, utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access software applications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to two years secretary/business college or completion of high school and two years of related office experience, or two years of independent business experience. Requires skill in keyboarding accurately at 30 wpm. Requires an extensive knowledge of the Microsoft word, excel and Access software.

WORK HOURS & LOCATION/AGENCY CONTACT

Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with Saturday / Sunday off.
