Job Description

We're seeking an Associate Manager, Offline Media to drive and analyze our television campaigns. This position requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in direct response television and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset and relentless drive for rate negotiation, network relationships and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the integrated planning, negotiation, buying and analysis of television campaigns
  • Nimble and quick turn-around to deliver buys and optimizations
  • Manage network and agency relationships
  • Manage budgets
  • Review all media plans prior to presentation to senior management, assuring they are financially sound and meet the intended marketing objectives
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or statistics
    • 2+ years in offline marketing, preferably direct response television advertising or agency experience
    • Deep knowledge of the television landscape and working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies
    • Previous experience buying and negotiating television spots
    • Experience working for consumer internet brands with similar conversion models preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
    • Excellent time and project management skills
    • Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detailDaily management of campaigns including budget management, buy optimization, 
      • traffic coordination and pre/post analysis
      • Research, collect, and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for market growth
      • Generate and disseminate management reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends
      • Develop and test new campaigns to better target users and improve overall ROI
      • Coordinate creative traffic, rotations and testing
      • Coordinate testing schedule

      Requirements:
