Ideally, candidates for this position will have extensive experience working with high risk youth and their families. This role requires strong skills in case management, community outreach, and collaboration with community partners. Additionally, it is important to have knowledge and experience working with youth who suffer from mental health/behavioral and drug/alcohol disorders; exposure and/or experience with the Juvenile Justice System, court, and have experience working with diverse populations. Overall, the successful candidate must be able to work on a team and independently, have a lot of flexibility, and understand systems of care.

Bilingual Positions: 
Designated bilingual positions require that the incumbent have knowledge of the Spanish language, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Skill in writing Spanish accurately; ability to speak Spanish fluently; and ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
