JOB SUMMARY 
Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing facilitators for Associated Bank including in-person, telephone, virtual and other learning formats. Manage team resources to include scheduling, facilitator assignment, course format, and recommend changes to optimize organizational support. The supervisor also facilitates sessions including technical, product, sales, leadership, and/or other training. 

The supervisor plays a key role in advancing the organizational, unit, and team-level strategy. Responsibilities include supporting the Talent Development Consulting Manager with line of business consulting in select areas such as branches or other business unit level support as directed (i.e. meet with the business to understand needs, develop training recommendations, etc.). The supervisor will also lead and/or support special projects or ongoing program management in areas such as onboarding, learning curriculum transformation, etc. 

COMPLIANCE STATEMENT 
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 
• Facilitate sessions including technical, product, sales, leadership, and/or other training. 
• Lead, manage and develop a strong group of professional trainers who can facilitate and delivery effective learning and development programs across Associated Bank 
• The supervisor will also lead and/or support special projects or ongoing program management in areas such as onboarding, learning curriculum transformation, etc. 
• Manage team resources to include scheduling, facilitator assignment, course format, and recommend changes to optimize organizational support. Assist with course updates to ensure content remains relevant and effective, and reporting as needed. Manage the facilitation calendar for both Talent Facilitators and line of business Sales Coaches. Work with Talent Acquisition Consultants and business line managers on the effective onboarding schedule for their colleagues. 
• Advance the organizational, business unit, and team-level strategy. Responsibilities include supporting the Talent Development Consulting Manager with line of business consulting in select areas such as branches or other business unit level support as directed (i.e. meet with the business to understand needs, develop training recommendations, etc.). Attends business line meetings and provides consultative solutions to meet the desired business unit outcome. 
• Stay abreast of new developments in the field of training and development to identify the best ways to meet the professional development needs of the field. 
• 50% of the training that would be conducted by this position will be in Milwaukee, WI

EDUCATION 
• Bachelor's Degree Required 

EXPERIENCE 
• 3-5 years Supervisory experience Required 
• 2-4 years Facilitation experience Required 
• 2-4 years Financial services experience Preferred 
• 5-7 years Organizational development or adult education Preferred
