Individuals with medical issues or religious beliefs or practices that prevent them from getting the vaccine may request an exemption from the vaccine requirement.

We know that when we support diversity from within our company, we find new ways of working and bright ideas. MillerCoors set a U.S. people goal aimed at increasing diversity representation within senior management, to achieve 30% female and 18% people of color representation, goals that were successfully achieved in 2016. We are dedicated to building an inclusive culture throughout MillerCoors and recognize the strengths of gender differences. We want to empower women to progress in their careers.
Through our diversity and inclusion program, we support the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees.
