 Summary:

We are seeking an upbeat, up-and-coming Marketing professional to join our World Championship team. You will support a variety of day-to-day marketing activities and have the chance to learn from a dedicated team. You will assist with carrying out tactics for marketing projects and programs designed to increase brand awareness, support ticket sales, and improve both fan and client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a great teammate that is interested in contributing to the overarching organizational effort and eager to grow as a marketing professional.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event and project details between departments including organizing meetings, sharing recaps, and assisting with action items/outputs.
  • Support efforts to increase awareness and promote team initiatives.
    • Draft copy used in arena and on radio + TV broadcasts.
    • Traffic internal and external media assets to maximize exposure.
  • Assist with general research on assorted projects.
  • Assist with project coordination including developing project outlines and recapping details.
  • Maintain overall brand integrity in all work. Collaborate with creative designers, video producers and social media team.
  • Coordinate and fulfill marketing promotions for team and partner programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Previous internship in Sports & Entertainment industry and/or marketing preferred.
  • Working Knowledge of the Mac Operating System.
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.
  • Detail oriented, organized and hyper focused on accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Positive, can-do attitude committed to collaborative work environment.
  • Self-starter that can manage multiple short- and long-term projects with varied deadlines.
  • Available on Night and Weekends.
