Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in Executive Recruiting or Recruiting, focusing on technical functions
  • Experience leading requisitions either at an agency or in-house
  • Experience managing the executive search process, including building relationships with candidates

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as an executive recruiter
  • Ability to strategically advise C-Suite-level stakeholders and maintain a high-level of accountability
  • Ability to admit mistakes and make difficult decisions while navigating complexity and ambiguity
  • Ability to clearly, confidently, and authentically communicate, influence, motivate, and inspire others
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Desire to contribute to the Executive Recruiting team’s success

Executive Recruiters are trusted talent advisors to leadership. In this role, you will develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Google for success. You'll generate pipelines to maintain successful offer acceptance rates, and manage the entire candidate experience and executive search process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive searches, providing outstanding customer partnership, domain talent expertise, and subject matter expertise.
  • Provide excellent thought partnership to customers, shaping and matching needs.
  • Collaborate with researchers and other recruiting partners to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit executive-level candidates.
  • Manage an inclusive executive search, including identifying and assessing qualified talent, managing customers, engaging with candidates, driving their experience, and partnering with People Operations and other stakeholders.
  • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and concerns.
