Facebook is hiring some of the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a DEI Programs - Manager, you would be responsible for developing, driving and executing on the inclusive programs for tech across North America in support of our tech industry hiring. You will lead a distributed team of DEI managers and professionals who span across multiple locations.

Qualified individuals will have proven experience managing large teams, as well as influencing large recruiting organizations through global strategies and scaling challenges. This person will be expected to work closely with a cross functional group of leaders to drive world class recruiting inclusion practices and strategy.

Diversity Equity & Inclusion Manager Responsibilities
  • Operate as a strategic partner with recruiting leadership establishing a comprehensive, measurable industry recruiting strategy tied to overall company inclusive hiring goals.
  • Drive and amplify diversity strategies and methodologies
  • deliver industry pipeline performance scorecards, identify and implement successful diversity recruiting channels as well as annual planning and overall programs management.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the immediate and global team. Maintain career development plans for leaders in the organization to support deliberate growth and leadership development. Lead managers in continuing to grow a high performing, business partner/consultative environment.
  • Driving accountability through proactively managing to milestones and metrics.
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring productivity needed to meet FB business objectives.
  • Serve as a change agent leading the organization forward as opportunities for innovation develop.
  • Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies.
  • Lead by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices.
  • Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience
  • 5+ years experience managing people managers and program/project managers
  • Experience managing large scale teams
  • Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical recruiting experience
  • Change management and/or project management experience
  • DEI experience i.e. board affiliations, ERG partnership experience, etc.
