  • To team your expertise in creating impactful experiences in Banking with our internal business strategy and consulting expertise, applied intelligence teams, marketing operations and world-class technology execution

  • To draw experience from innovative work across the globe and across industries, and apply it within the Banking context to reimagine what experience mean in the Banking industry 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop relationships with key, experience-focused C-level client executives and deeply understand their unique challenges.

  • Originate and react to opportunities that will address the client’s experience agenda in tandem with the Accenture account leadership.  Be part of our client leadership teams, representing the Experience agenda, including support of account planning and building / maintaining relationships with key Experience delivery ecosystem partners.

  • Lead Experience change programs, helping to define the value proposition and bring the best of Interactive to help address client’s experience needs, collaborating with the rest of Accenture.

  • Understand and apply relevant offerings from across the Accenture Interactive pillars (Design Experience, Build Experience, Communicate Experience and Run Experience) and help choreograph into accounts.  Mobilize pillars to work together for complex, cross-pillar deals.

  • Support the management of the pipeline of opportunities across the Banking portfolio, working with wider Industry teams in Accenture.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional services in digital business, eCommerce and digital marketing consulting to include developing large-scale strategy for global solutions for Fortune 500 clients, including requirements definition and implementation

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and driving business origination processes and activities.

  • Minimum of 3 years working in the Banking industry and an understanding of key customer / market trends /drivers (such as regulation) and how they will impact expectations of what makes the best experiences in the context of the Banking industry.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience creating and nurturing senior level relationships, building insights that allow you to develop specific and differentiated propositions, with a clearly defined value propositions and brought to life for clients through innovative storytelling.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading and managing end-to-end digital programs with skills/ experience across several the following areas: Digital Strategy & Business Transformation, Digital Marketing & Media, Digital Capabilities & Adoption management, Digital Platforms, Performance measurement (data & analytics) and an understanding of client marketing/ commerce operating models

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional services in digital business, eCommerce and digital marketing consulting to include developing large-scale strategy for global solutions for Fortune 500 clients, including requirements definition and implementation

 

Professional Skills:

  • Being a thought leader on trends and technologies that are driving the digitization of the experience in  Banking and Payments, including areas such as the use of data and insight in creating more personalized experiences, innovation in the propositional space to stand out in an increasingly commoditized market, integration of AI powered services in interactions such as chat, the dominance of the mobile, the emergence of new channels and how all the channels can be seamlessly orchestrated to delight customers
