Job Description

Due to our business growth across the Match Group Portfolio, we're implementing a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team! So we're seeking an experienced Sourcing Lead who will manage a team of Sourcers and who is ready to build and implement a tech pipeline engine focused on mobile and backend engineers. This small but mighty team will enable hiring success across our North America brands. You will be a direct report and partner to the Talent Acquisition VP. This role is high-impact and will help enable the overall strategy, ongoing performance, and competitive advantage of the Talent Acquisition function.
Locations: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, New York

  • Profile Calibration Accuracy 
  • Effective Candidate Engagement Methodologies (Interested, Pre-Qualify, Conversion)
  • Data-driven pipeline management 
  • Stakeholder Management (recruiters, recruiting leadership, and hiring managers)
  • Performance Analytics
  • Inclusive Pipeline Development

The Requirements

  • 3-7 years of talent acquisition sourcing experience
  • A proven track record of high-velocity results
  • Strong pipeline management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
