The Expedia Partner Solutions team is looking for a Product Manager to play a major role in developing and launching new capabilities and programs for its biggest API client. You will use entrepreneurial savvy, stellar product and technical skills, and data insights to deliver amazing customer experiences in the premium travel space. We need someone who can balance long-term strategy against near-term execution to keep up momentum with this rapidly growing account!
What You’ll Do:
Lead product ideation and implementation activities for our partner's travel and lifestyle business, supporting business development and account management teams while working across global Expedia product teams, engineering, finance, and customer operations
Collaborate with and present to external partner leadership in product discussions, requirements visioning, and implementation planning
Drive the roadmap, product requirements, and prioritization for your own product line and in collaboration with a team of product managers for a suite of services
Support partner program implementations with project management across external and internal teams
Validate programs post-deployment to ensure we achieve business, operational and customer goals
You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to interact effectively with diverse teams across job functions and levels in the organization.
A creative problem solver. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and actively seek data to drive sound decision making.
You can translate ambiguous business issues into structured problems, and develop well-founded solutions in a structured yet creative way
Have experience working with senior clients, such as in a consulting or partner management role
You love data, and proactively use it to find new opportunities and surface potential problems
A passion for crafting phenomenal customer experiences
You can recognize and keep track of all the moving pieces in projects, adjusting to new information and goals, and prioritizing your time to get the right thing done first and reduce stress
