Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Immigration Manager to manage U.S. immigration program (Non-immigrant and immigrant petitions)
- Initiate non-immigrant and immigrant cases on immigration firm’s portal
- Coordinate approvals for extensions, amendments and green cards with People Team Assemble petition documents for signature and shipping
- Verify I-9s
- Issue employment verification letters
- Coordinate physical postings (LCAs and Notices of Job Opportunities)
- Manage public access files
- Schedule intake and check-in calls for employees, manager and immigration team
- Assist with H-1B CAP season
- Partner with accounting to provide billing codes for immigration invoices Input data entry in HRIS system
- Assist with PERM recruitment process
- Create status reports for People team
- Assist with ad-hoc immigration projects
- Initiate and manage background checks, new hire compliance training and global annual policy recertification
- Respond to internal and external Sarbanes-Oxley audit requests
