Job Description

Diversity & Inclusion is key to Facebook’s success. The global Diversity & Inclusion Recruiting team is seeking a strategic and hands-on Program Manager who will manage the execution of a wide range of initiatives and programs. This role will focus on building strong engagement between Recruiting and our business stakeholders in order to effectively hire underrepresented talent across the Tech organization.

We are seeking a collaborative and skilled Program Manager with experience in Diversity and Inclusion recruiting, working closely with multiple cross-functional partners, and the demonstrated ability to leverage change management to drive process efficiencies. Key to this role is the ability to move fast, interact with multiple people at all levels across the organization, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact.

  • Lead projects from initiation through to execution in order to scale and operationalize Diversity & Inclusion programs across Recruiting and the Business
  • Influence, manage relationships and drive impact through a cross-functional, collaborative internal ecosystem of partners in Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, People Analytics and Technical business stakeholders
  • Focus on creating tools and frameworks that enable Recruiting to keep the business informed and engaged in critical diversity hiring initiatives
  • Perform risk and change impact assessments focused on the Technical hiring process and strategic channels for talent. Propose industry-leading, creative solutions and influence leadership to take action
  • Effectively leverage data to propose solutions, track program key performance indicators and insights. Identify trends, ensure projects and programs align to company Diversity & Inclusion priorities and key research
  • Prepare executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status and share updates regularly with recruiting leadership and other stakeholders
  • Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion in mind
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in recruitment, operations, and/or project management
  • 3+ years of demonstrated Diversity & Inclusion experience, with focus on recruitment of underrepresented talent
  • 2+ years of experience translating diversity data and insights into operational plans of action
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving a program/project against KPIs through to completion
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders of management up to VP level
Preferred Qualifications
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills in order to influence operational changes and maximize adoption of new ideas, tools and practices
  • Experience collaborating and working with recruiting stakeholders across different locations and time zones
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail and deliver high quality work
  • Experience in fast-paced work environment and demonstrated agility during changes in priorities
