Looking for an analytically oriented Growth Marketer, aka Growth Hacker, to join the team responsible for developing new dating apps for the Match Group (www.mtch.com). The Growth Hacker will focus on growing newly launched apps by:
Identifying, implementing, testing and measuring new growth tactics and novel marketing methods.
Establishing processes and systems to ensure experimentation and measurement can be done in a scalable and repeatable model.
To be a successful Growth Marketer you will have some experience working in the digital marketing arena, but product marketing, development, and/or data science skills will make you a cut above the rest. Many experiments you run will never have been tried before, so you should be able to:

Be able to use data gathered from your experiments to draw conclusions.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the execution of online marketing campaigns (Display, Paid Search, Affiliate, and Social Media) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This position will be directly responsible for the creation, implementation, analysis and management of successful online marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Your Day to Day
Create, manage, and analyze online marketing campaigns across display, search, affiliates, and social media to ensure acquisition and conversion goals are met
Daily management of online marketing campaigns including A/B testing, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, creative testing, etc.
Research, collect, and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for the online marketing campaigns
Utilize bid management tools, data modeling, and testing to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns
Generate and disseminate management reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends
Manage relationships with third party bid management partners to effectively and efficiently allocate budget across search engines and terms to maintain performance success
Collaborate with design team to develop new and iterative creative concepts, develop A/B test schedule, interpret results, and recommend next steps
Develop and test new campaigns to better target users and improve overall ROI

Work to advance, implement and administer the following HR functions including:
Generate and analyze monthly, quarterly and ad hoc HR reports
Generate and analyze compensation-related reports as requested
Facilitate new hire orientation
Plan and execute various morale and culture events & initiatives
Contribute to various HR initiatives and team projects including systems implementation, employer branding initiatives, and other projects as needed
Respond to employee inquiries regarding Match’s policies, procedures and programs

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required
4+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a progressive, high growth, and results-oriented environment
PHR certification preferred
Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Must have strong business writing and oral communication/presentation skills
