We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader to manage our North America recruiting team. In this home-based role the successful incumbent and will be skilled at leading a large virtual team across a region while maintaining strong links to your global colleagues.

You could come from any industry, but must be forward thinking, have a passion for change alongside a strong recruiting background. You will exemplify best practice and set high standards for your team, especially when utilizing effective and strategic sourcing techniques to find inclusive and diverse talent.

What will the role entail?

  • Effectively lead and develop a large team of remote recruiters across North America responsible for Experienced/Professional level recruitment
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including leadership level, to ensure the utilization of a suite of sourcing strategies to hire diverse talent
  • Lead the implementation of process change for the North America region and strive for best practice as a team
  • Ensure recruitment technology is fit for purpose and enables efficient execution of the talent acquisition strategy
  • Work with your peer group in other regions to anticipate changes in the labor market to drive innovation and strive for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the global recruitment marketing and talent sourcing teams to design and implement strategies to attract and hire diverse top talent
  • Continue to build and  apply  data analytics that measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and quality of hire while helping shape the sourcing strategy.

  • Experience in utilizing a wide range of technology, tools and concepts in order to attract diverse talent
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to tell a story and set future strategy

This role can be located anywhere in the US Eastern or Central time zones.
