Motivated by the belief that healthcare is a human right,  Erie Family Health Centers provides high quality, affordable care to support healthier people, families and communities. We offer a full range of primary medical, dental and behavioral health service, from school checkups and vaccinations to family planning and diabetes management. We have over 12 locations in the greater Chicagoland area. Some of our health centers also offer specialized services such as HIV/AIDS care, dental care, and podiatry care.
