Great Heights is a Full-Service Moving Company located in Houston that operates both locally and across country. We are looking for star individuals that are interested in joining a growing company where there will be room to grow! Basic Duties/Responsibilities
Inspect furniture to ensure acceptable condition for delivery prior to loading truck.
Accurately and safely load truck, checking items for damage.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Operate and maintain 26’ box truck
Keep the truck organized, clean and equipped
Collect payment from customers when required
Obtain customer signature on contracts (Crew Leader)
Listens to and resolves service complaints
Work well with all coworkers
Must show up on time to job
Must handle furniture with the utmost care
Must be coachable!
Follow crew supervisor’s direction for each move
Ability to properly communicate to customers
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3+ years related job experience and training
Licensing: Valid Texas driver’s license and safe driving record
Background: Clean criminal background
Communication: English required, bi-lingual a plus
Tools & Equipment: Must have reliable transportation, a working cell phone with GPS capabilities
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and to work weekends and go out of town/State
Must pass a drug test
